Home of Arthur Meeker. Built in 1930. Original Note: In the garden at "Constantia", the motifs of the building are used throughout. Most of the plants used are native to South Africa, including the evergreen grape in the foreground; Thunbergia alata in the beds; Pelargoniums, Gladiolus, Sutera, and Agapanthus in the border.
